360 WoodWorking Moves Forward

As most of you already know, I am joining Chuck Bender and Bob Lang in 360 WoodWorking (360woodworking.com). In the coming weeks, all my blog posts and other woodworking informational content will become part of the new website. As of this time, you can visit 360 WoodWorking and sign up for notification as to when the site goes live. In the meantime, the short video below fills in a bit more about our future plans.

Thanks Glen, Bob and Chuck for aiming for solid content and not DIY handyman style that so many magazines are seeming to put forth as their “new” goal in publication. Glen, again thanks for the 18th Century Philadelphia Secretary plan for your book. It made a GREAT 50th Wedding Anniversary gift for my wife in August of 2013. If possible in up-coming PDF program files, I would like to see a quality plan for a Philadelphia 4 shell arm and side chair for another great project. Thanks men for “holding the standard high” in the future. John Richardson jjjrich2@hotmail.com Tallahassee, FL Date: Tue, 21 Oct 2014 20:43:54 +0000 To: jjjrich2@hotmail.com

Just saw your intro vid on the new site stub. Sounds great and I’ll be looking forward to the thing going live. I’ve been following you guys for some time now, along with a select few others. I am trying to learn and practice a craft, not a color inside the lines diy guy. I’ve always liked your writing at the level of craft and not dumbed down “how-to” tab A in slot B things. And I know just enough to have a bit of feel how hard you’re going to have to work to live up to the goals you’ve set out for yourselves. I’ll be there and I’m sure quite a lot of others will too. Bon chance, break a leg and most of all, fair winds and following seas from an old boatwright.
